The restoration of All Saints Church Tower involved the removal of the concrete fortifications installed during the last war when it was used as a look-out post by the Home Guard,
once removed the job of restoring the roof of the tower to it's former lead clad timber contruction was then started,
the stone work was also restored, and the outside of the tower stripped back to remove all of the various areas of hard sand and cement rendering and re-rendered using a traditional lime putty mix.
